At Soera, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our team can process your request efficiently.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your drop-off receipt; we will notify you once your refund or exchange has been processed.
